Ok...So you now have free CHIP health care and WICKS for your kids....You got the standard tax deduction for each one also...then u get the $1200- credit per child. And so now they go to school (baby sitting) for 13 years on tax dollars...And then of course there's the free school lunches and food stamps. All this for sure, and were still not even talking about welfare. Would all you breeders PLEEEEZE pay for your damn kids yourself!!! Next time get an abortion!!!!

I would really like to see what the statistics are in the state of Montana for people that have health insurance and people that don't. I know in Kalispell it seems like most people can't even afford health insurance and many just carry catroskopic type insurance only with high deductibles. What are people doing? It seems like many people just roll the dice on insurance, someone is getting rich off this situation while many people can't even get insured. What is really going on? Who is making all the money? Hospitals don't seem to be hurting always building new facilities, doctors and nurses seem ok as all the jobs in the paper are healthcare related. Big pharma is cruising. This industry needs some help because the regular rank and file people don't even have insurance what is going on? Alot of people are getting rich while many people can't even get insured. Make affordable insurance available to all people!!!!!

In states like California I actually think it is more like one in three or one in two hispanics are left without insurance. After 20 years handling only Health Insurance (and starting one of the first hispanic health insurance agencies in America) my impression is that yes; Health insurance premiums are expensive, but that is not necessarily the reason hispanics don't have coverage. Lots of education in Healthcare needs to happen in the hispanic community, it is a huge problem within our community. Many hispanics are un-aware they current have HBP and Diabetes. The importance of having regular physical check ups are so important, the importance of having a relationship with your primary care physician. Within my own family (like most hispanic families) my uncle passed away in 2007 from Diabetes, my brother is over 300lbs and cannot qualify for any health insurance plans sold to individuals in America. I have been spending my own money trying to educate hispanics regarding these important issues since 1991, I am always hopeful that one day the big corporations will come forward and promote my company and others throughout the US in spreading the importance of having healthcare. Just translating brochures into spanish is not the answer, I find that within my own family they won't stop and read a brochure. They feel more comfortable talking about a subject and learning first hand, since 1998 I have been offering Hospital tours to Hispanic business owners locally. I never try to "Sell" them insurance, I have found throughout the years explaining insurance as a math equation is something hispanics understand as they are very smart people!
